The Jacksons began this tour on January 22, 1979 in Bremen shortly after releasing the Destiny album. The tour performed in three continents including countries such as: Britain, Holland, France, and Kenya.

In April 14, 1979 the Jacksons began their U.S tour in Cleveland, Ohio and finished in Washington, D.C after visiting 80 U.S cities.
